To ensure every project meets our own strict Health and Safety regulations, we have a dedicated in-house Health & Safety team headed up by a qualified Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner, whose task it is to carry out site inspections and audits on every project to ensure all sites exceed minimum legal standards.

These include Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Management of Health and safety at Work Regs 1999 and Construction Design and Management Regs 1994.

Furthermore, every member of our design, project management and on-site team receive on-going training specially related to Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.

We are also accredited to: BS OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management
