In a drive to reduce cost, the Big Lottery Fund appointed Kanvas to assist in the merging of numerous small sites into one larger regional office and also to comply with the government initiative to relocate personnel from London and other regions of the country.
Following a design consultation exercise, Apex House was selected as a solution to accommodate numerous departments from various locations. The creative and strategic design provided the client with a cost effective and flexible facility allowing room for future expansion. The team also met the client’s sustainability objectives to improve the BREEAM rating of the building.
