Cemex (UK) Limited, the leading cement supplier, appointed Kanvas to refurbish their fully occupied offices in Rugby which had become outdated and inappropriate for their existing staff requirements.
Working closely with the client team, Kanvas carried out the extensive refurbishment of eight floors simultaneously, which was conducted in phased occupation. The key objective was to cause minimal disruption to staff and this was achieved through stringent planning and consultation. The project also served as a catalyst for a change in working culture from cellular to an open plan environment.
