Due to rapid expansion, the private equity fund manager, Electra Partners, were looking for a property which not only suited their expanding accommodation needs but one which reflected their corporate values and business operations.
The client acquired two floors at Paternoster House adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral in London. The new space provided Electra Partners with a prestigious centre in the City of London to host client meetings and provide a high specification office facility for their staff. Due to the sensitive nature of their work, the Kanvas team created a cellular working environment using double glazed glass partitioning to ensure high security and confidentiality.
