Russell Jones and Walker needed to integrate their Manchester based staff from two separate buildings across six floors to one office location to improve fluidity of communication and enhance client perception of the RJW brand.
The key objective for the project was to create an environment which assisted in the recruitment and retention of the market’s best possible staff. Therefore Kanvas conducted workplace studies and from this data delivered a scheme which enhanced staff experience while ensuring their move from a predominantly cellular environment to one open plan floor was a smooth and positive transition.

The turnkey design and build project was successfully delivered within the tight timescale and surpassed the client’s expectations to meet all project objectives with regards to client and staff experience. A complete furniture scheme was developed including world class chairs designed with the latest ergonomic technology and a flexible modular furniture system to cope with an unpredictable business climate.
