Due to rapid expansion Seymour Pierce, the leading investment bank, relocated their London based teams to a new office space at 20 Old Bailey. This enabled the company to accommodate the necessary business stream segregation under FSA regulation.
The client’s key objective for the project was to find a cost effective solution that would enhance the company’s image and improve the client experience.
