Having outgrown their existing premises, Veolia Water, the world’s leading water supplier, identified and acquired new office space on the ground floor of the Marlow International Building to consolidate their existing two offices.
The team worked closely with the client to understand their business objectives and corporate values to create a facility which combined sustainability with creative design. It was identified at an early stage that the company was experiencing low staff morale and staff retention issues. The office was therefore transformed into an open working environment to encourage communication and interaction between teams.
