Based in the City, Barbican Insurance is an insurer operating in financial, marine, property and specialty insurance markets. They were looking to relocate from serviced offices to premises of their own.

Working close with our client, we selected a building that would accommodate Barbican’s specific needs for their first own office accommodation. One that would reflect their company’s values and beliefs

Following the completion of a space planning exercises in two buildings, our client was able to select the most appropriate one and we were appointed to design and fit out their new offices.

FEATURES

Full mechanical and electrical modification was carried out and new partitioning and flooring finishes were installed. The project involved the design and build of a prestigious new boardroom, several state-of-the-art meeting rooms, open plan and cellular working spaces, storage area, stylish staff break-out area and a brand new reception area.
