Following an internal restructure, a company rebrand and a subsequent change in working practices, the national law firm, Bevan Brittan, were looking to consolidate their two Central London-based offices.

On acquisition of two floors at Fleet Place House, our client came to us to create and deliver a totally open plan working environment and state-of-the-art meeting facility that enabled the Partners to conduct client meetings in a more proficient and professional environment.

Our client experienced various complications with the leasing of the new property. This resulted in the construction phase being reduced by one month. In spite of this, our team successfully delivered the project to the revised programme and agreed budget.
