In a drive to reduce cost, the Big Lottery Fund appointed us to assist in the merging of numerous small sites into one larger regional office. The project had to comply with the government initiative to relocate personnel from London and other regions of the country.

Following a design consultation exercise, Apex House was selected as a solution to accommodate numerous departments from various locations. The creative and strategic design provided our client with a cost-effective and flexible facility allowing room for future expansion.

Our team also met the client’s sustainability objectives to improve the BREEAM rating of the building.

Specialist interior design and fit out of four floors at Apex House. The creative and vibrant design includes corporate branding to reflect the energetic nature of the business. Key features include mixed plan office space, vertical meeting suites with full Audio Visual facilities, staff break-out areas and reception with an executive suite and touchdown space. Effective design allowed for the sublet of one floor.
