Yoc are currently expanding and can see huge growth potential, therefore acquiring a new increased office facility is a key component in ensuring that increased staff levels have been accommodated. Their lease break provided an ideal time to actively assess relocation opportunities and have since decided to sign a new lease on Grade A, CAT A commercial office space.

We fought off significant competition in a rigorous OJEU tender process to secure the turnkey project. Orient Express has appointed Kanvas to undertake the full design and build of their new Central London office space, located on London’s South Bank.
