Following a successful project completion in Rugby, Cemex, the leading global building solution provider and cement supplier, appointed us to refurbish their Thorpe offices and create a new sustainable working environment.

Our team carried out a two-stage, phased refurbishment project, relocating 300 people to Cemex’s offices in Thorpe.

Stage One included refurbishment of the main campus and swimming pool area to create office space and a new sustainable open plan and cellular working environment. Stage two involved refurbishment of Grade II listed Georgian Manor House to form executive accommodation.

Project features included the exploitation of natural light and ventilation, mechanical modifications, high quality refurbishment of the washrooms and the installation of new lighting and finishes, plus a fully functional catering kitchen.
