Due to company expansion, the Partners at Collyer Bristow needed to link together their existing Grade II listed building with an adjacent and more recently acquired premises to create space for a new state-of-the-art meeting facility and conference centre.
Our client appointed us to deliver an extensive refurbishment of eight floors at their existing premises at Bedford Row, London. This was conducted within a phased occupation programme to ensure the client could continue working without disruption and to minimise downtime.
Due to the nature of their business, it was essential that the confidentiality of their work was maintained at all times, allowing for client-facing activities to continue.
