Having outgrown their existing offices in High Wycombe, Dun and Bradstreet acquired a new space in Marlow to relocate all 500 of their staff.

Our client required a new working environment. One that reinforced and promoted their brand experience, balancing style with professionalism – without being ostentatious.

The previous occupation was predominantly small cellular areas, so our team worked with the client to develop a scheme to reintegrate departments into a new open plan working culture.

The fit out was implemented in phased occupation to ensure minimum working downtime and an early handover of the comms room. The refurbishment of the existing furniture allowed for cost-saving and future reconfiguration.
