Due to rapid expansion, the private equity fund manager, Electra Partners, were looking for a property that suited their expanding accommodation needs and reflected their corporate values and business operations.
Our client acquired two floors at Paternoster House, adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral in London. The new space provided our client with a prestigious base in the City of London, one where they could host client meetings and provide a high specification office facility for their staff.
Due to the sensitive nature of their work, our team was asked to create a cellular working environment using double glazed glass partitioning to ensure high security and confidentiality.
