Initially we were awarded 36 projects by the Department of Works and Pensions as part of the £2.2 billion 4 year refit project.

Our team delivered all projects to programme and budget, establishing a solid reputation for exceptional operational delivery. We were then awarded a further 9 projects.

Through developing strong relationships on a site-by-site basis – and by remaining flexible – we undertook to deliver all projects on time and to exceptional quality, with as little operational disturbance to the local business as possible.

This achievement was recognised by the DWP via Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This resulted in Kanvas being awarded top performing contractor of out of 14 national companies – in Health and Safety performance, winning us first place for all KPI’s for year two projects.

FEATURES

All works were carried out in occupied premises open to the public. This included the strip out of all existing facilities together with mechanical and electrical services and fitting out of new lighting, small power, air conditioning and all office/public facing facilities.
