Ocean Shipbrokers, an independent shipbroker offering a specialised, relationship-focused service providing coverage on both products and crude markets required to relocate their offices following lease expiry and landlords decision to redevelop the building. They also took this opportunity to acquire more space to accommodate their rapid growth.

Kanvas Interiors team worked with the client to establish their specific requirement and deliver a fit out project to accommodate future growth, provide informal meeting space and private meeting rooms. Client required a furniture solution that maximised productivity therefore Kanvas Interiors supplied height-adjustable desks which offer obvious ergonomic benefits to users, and have a major
advantage when considering IT access.

FEATURES

The key project features included strip out of existing fixtures and installation of plasterboards and glazed partitioning to form meeting rooms and informal waiting area. All furniture was supplied and installed including relocation of existing data cabling and installation of new power supply.
