Working with SABMiller’s property agent, Capgemini, we helped search and select a suitable building to provide additional space for 250 people for a long term IT project.

Having carried out assessments and budgets on various buildings, Plaza West was selected. The design incorporated good meeting facilities, bar & break-out area and a layout that could accommodate the flow of the project teams.

FEATURES

This design and build project needed to be carried out under a tight timescale to allow for early occupation. All the time we had to liaise with the client’s project team in The Czech Republic and Switzerland. The fit out needed to balance corporate requirements, the needs of the project team and the budget. The result: a stunning break-out and bar area.
