Due to rapid expansion, Seymour Pierce, a leading investment bank, relocated their London-based teams to a new office space at 20, Old Bailey. This allowed the company to accommodate the necessary business stream segregation under FSA regulation.
Our client’s key objective was to find a cost-effective solution that would enhance the company’s image and improve the client experience. Our team created and installed an impressive client facility and elegant reception that met all segregation requirements in terms of confidentiality and sensitivity and provided visitors with a memorable brand experience.

FEATURES
The creation of a complete fit out of separate client working areas. This included a centralised traders’ area, private meeting suites with catering facilities and limestone floor features. As well as effectively relocating IT/Communication platforms, our team rectified the base build air-conditioning which had several problem-causing deficiencies.
