Having outgrown their existing premises – and to consolidate their existing two offices – Veolia Water, the world’s leading water supplier, identified and acquired new office space on the ground floor of the Marlow International Building.

We worked closely with our client to understand their business objectives and corporate values. This way, we could go on and create a facility which combined sustainability with creative design.

At an early stage, we identified that the company was experiencing low staff morale and staff retention issues. For this reason, we transformed the office into an open working environment to encourage communication and interaction between teams.

Fit out of a new working environment to include a reception and management suite, staff break-out facility incorporating ‘aquatic themed’ glass manifestation, flexible seminar area and office space. The design incorporates a contemporary and fresh look, providing a free-flowing fluid working environment.
