Our design team will analyse your occupancy needs and translate them to create efficient and inspirational places to work. They will be involved from the very first meeting, when we start to get to know your business right through to completion of your project.

Our designers mix creativity and flair within an overall practical approach to each and every project, looking to accurately interpret your brief whilst working within your budget and timescale.

This process would starts with a comprehensive space analysis and space planning review which takes place during our workspace consultancy phase. In parallel we will work with you to develop a design aesthetic which is appropriate to your business.

In addition, we are also able to integrate aspects of sustainability (as you see fit) into the design. This could include looking at ways to improve staff productivity by maximising natural daylight, ventilation, use of green materials and energy efficient technologies.

This is then will be translated into a design concept which is presented to you using a combination of hand drawn sketches, visualisations, material/product selection and supporting computer generated images – this gives you the confidence to know how your new office space will look.

Only once you are happy with the design, our in-house team will provide a detailed design scheme and construction drawings. This process is also done in conjunction with our costing team who will ensure cost certainty throughout this stage of the project.
