To achieve this and as part of your project team you will have a professionally qualified and experienced Project Manager, along with a dedicated site team to ensure your project is completed within budget and on time.

The Project Manager will become involved prior to the commencement of construction (at the detailed design stage) to provide continuity and to add the value of their experience, ensuring the quality of finish goes hand in hand with the quality of delivery.

Our site based teams operate within our accredited integrated management system – this not only guarantees the highest level of quality but also ensures strict adherence to the most stringent health and safety procedures. All staff under-go continual training workshops to keep up-to-date with current legislation and regulation.

One of the functions of the Project Manager is to keep you fully informed at all stages
of the project with regular meetings and progress reports, keeping you abreast of programme, progress and finances. Our procedures provide you with a risk free project process allowing you to continue with your business as usual.
