We will get to know your business, your brand values, your cultural and operational objectives to provide the best impartial advice based on the information we gather.

 

This will provide us with a solid platform for sourcing the most appropriate new building or re-developing your existing workspace.

 

This all-important stage will start with workplace appraisals so we are able to provide accurate reports, compare different space options, provide cost estimates and take into consideration future growth.

 

This may involve one-to-one interviews with key personnel, staff workshops, head-count, storage and technical audits and new business appraisals. This way we can advise you on the best possible solution for you.
 
It maybe that your existing premises no longer suits your business needs and you are looking to move. We will then conduct a building appraisal whereby we assess and evaluate your business and create test fit plans based on informed reports.
 
This will include providing comparative construction costs of each building, evaluating the existing services such as air-conditioning, assessing how efficient each building is or could be. We can carry out asbestos surveys and DDA compliance assessment if necessary.

 

It is also at this stage we can advise you on creating a more sustainable working environment, suggesting improvements to working practices, ways of increasing productivity – and staff retention.

BREEAM Assessments

Our in-house assessors are BREEAM Accredited Professionals. They will work directly with the project team helping to achieve the highest score, by securing contractor related BREEAM credits..

 

Energy Surveys

Using standard CIBSE methodologies to benchmark performance, we are able to recommend interventions that will reduce energy and water usage and make the space more energy efficient.

 

Post-Occupancy Evaluations

Improvements are made by learning lessons. We will assess the overall performance of the project after the project is complete, providing objective and independent occupancy surveys and technical performance reviews.

 

Sustainable Sourcing

This covers everything from choice of paint to storage cupboards and furniture.
