Although talented and creative, our design team are not ‘head in the clouds’ sorts who put form before function (or budget), they are practical professionals. They produce a checklist to ensure all your office needs, from meeting rooms to tea points, are met and carry out space analysis to confirm that your staff and your furniture will actually fit.
From the initial ‘block plans’ to image boards and walk-throughs, we consult our clients at every step of the way and liaise with sub-contractors regarding placement of air-conditioning units and electric sockets so that there are no nasty surprises!
The designers are very protective of their work; they regularly put on hard hats and visit the fit-out phase on site, meeting the project manager to check that the designs are being followed to the letter.
