Our accredited BREEAM Assessors measure the ‘green’ credentials of a clients’ office, evaluating

the workspace before and after fit out, and advise companies on how to increase their BREEAM rating. Factors assessed range from an office’s impact on the health and well-being of staff, to the use of energy efficient measures.
