Sustainability is at the very heart of our design team; with our in-house technical expertise and knowledge, we are able to ensure that our most innovative designs not only meet all the most demanding sustainable objectives but remain cost effective.

To achieve this we are constantly innovating our designs by looking at the most sustainable products available to include the most energy efficient and economical technologies.

We work closely with our in-house sustainability consultants to allow us to put sustainability to action. This includes providing clients with the option of being involved with Sustainable Procurement Workshops at the initial stages of the project to establish your key sustainability objectives.

We can bring expertise to areas like whole life costs, Post Occupancy Evaluations, the soft landings and low carbon retrofit - all targeted at helping you achieve sustainable outcomes with your project in line with legislation and greater requirements for energy efficiency.

Retrofit

In addition to approaching all our refit projects in a sustainable manner, we can also offer a “retrofit” consultancy – where we review your existing building services including heating, ventilation, lighting and power with a view to recommending upgrades in control systems and primary and secondary insulations to provide compliance with new legislations or achieve greater energy efficiency savings.
